1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on or using Daalely, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering
  • You must verify your email address before posting listings
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

3. Listing Rules

When posting a listing, you must:

  • Provide accurate and truthful content
  • Provide the title and description in both Arabic and English
  • Not post illegal, offensive, or fraudulent content
  • Not advertise drugs, weapons, counterfeit, or stolen goods
  • Use real photos that accurately represent the item
  • Not post pornographic or violent content

4. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

  • Review listings before or after publication
  • Reject or remove any listing that violates these terms
  • Automatically hide listings that receive multiple reports
  • Suspend or ban accounts that violate our policies
  • Automatically filter content to detect prohibited material

5. Messaging

  • Use the messaging system respectfully and professionally
  • Do not send spam or fraudulent messages
  • Messages are automatically filtered for prohibited content
  • You can block disruptive users

6. Payments

  • Payments are securely processed through our secure payment provider
  • Promotion and featured listing fees are non-refundable once activated
  • Prices are in AED (UAE Dirham) unless otherwise stated

7. Reporting Violations

You can report listings, users, or messages that violate our policies. We review all reports and take appropriate action, including content removal and account suspension.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Daalely is a platform and does not participate in transactions between users
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of posted listings
  • We are not liable for any losses arising from transactions between users
  • Buyers and sellers bear full responsibility for their transactions

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content (design, logo, code) is owned by Daalely. By posting content on the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be referred to the competent courts in England and Wales.
